Stephanie Terauchi, MD is the Founder and President of My Final Wish, Inc. With over 16 years of dedicated experience in Palliative Medicine, Dr. Terauchi has seen firsthand how fulfilling a terminally ill patient’s final wish can foster unity, resilience, and hope—not only for the patient but also for their family and friends during an incredibly challenging time.
These meaningful moments create lasting memories, bringing comfort and joy to all involved while ensuring that legacies endure in the hearts of loved ones. Inspired by her patients, Dr. Terauchi established My Final Wish to continue this profound work.

With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, Skoty Jecker brings deep clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her role as Secretary of My Final Wish, Inc. Her career has been defined by a commitment to ensuring dignity, comfort, and peace for terminally ill patients and their families during life’s most vulnerable moments.
At My Final Wish, Inc., Skoty plays a pivotal role in fulfilling patients’ final wishes—combining her medical insight, organizational leadership, and empathetic care to create meaningful experiences. She believes these acts of kindness provide not only closure for patients but also enduring solace for families, transforming grief into cherished legacies.
Driven by the conviction that every life deserves a compassionate ending, Skoty upholds the organization’s mission to bring light and hope to those facing the end of life’s journey.

Deanna Centurion, Treasurer
Deanna is the founder and president of Cyera Strategies, a firm specializing in strategic consulting and regulatory compliance with a strong focus on nonprofit and public sector impact. She currently serves as the executive director for two national nonprofit initiatives—the Drain Tile Safety Coalition and the Pipeline Operators for Ag Safety campaign—leading cross-industry collaborations that promote agricultural safety and environmental stewardship.​
Deanna holds degrees in Journalism and Business from Indiana University, and has completed professional certifications through Babson College’s Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, the Gas Technology Institute, the International Association for Public Participation, and the Harvard/MIT Dispute Resolution Program. Her work reflects a passion for building stronger communities through strategic action and collaborative leadership.
